Shipping

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible via email to support@aurelo.com.au
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

Yes, we offer express delivery for customers who need their orders faster.
You can select express delivery during the checkout process, and the cost will be calculated based on your location and the weight of the package.
Currently, we do not offer the option to pick up orders in-store for online purchases. All orders are shipped directly to the customer's specified delivery address.

Returns
To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal and follow the provided instructions.

Once you have submitted your return and we have verified that the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
You can return products purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure that the product is in its original, new condition and is returned in its original packaging with all tags and protective stickers intact.
Yes, when you initiate a return via the Return Portal you can select the option to exchange the product for an alternative.
The product must be in the same new condition as when it was received and in its original packaging. Additionally, any free item included with your purchase due to a promotion must also be returned; otherwise, its cost will be charged.
