Return Period

• We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• Products must be in the same new condition as when received.
• Must be in original packaging with all labels and protective seals intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items, including products from exclusive collections, are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items received as part of a promotion must be returned along with the main item, or their value will be deducted from the refund.

Return Process

• To start a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions.
• For orders delivered outside Australia, return postage on change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. If an item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the cost of returning it.
