Return Period

• We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• Products must be in the same new condition as when received.
• Must be in original packaging with all labels and protective seals intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items, including products from exclusive collections, are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items received as part of a promotion must be returned along with the main item, or their value will be deducted from the refund.
