1. The Promoter

This promotion is run by AURÊLO (aurelo.com.au), Australia. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. One (1) entry per person, per platform. Employees of AURÊLO and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

Entries open from the date this promotion is announced and close on 30 December 2026 at 23:59 AEDT. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, you must have placed an order with AURÊLO and do one of the following:

1. Instagram: Post a photo or video of your AURÊLO order to your Instagram account and tag @aurelo.life in your caption. You will be automatically entered into the draw upon tagging.
2. No Instagram? Send your photo or video directly to support@aurelo.com.au to be entered.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive the complete AURÊLO range — comprising every available colourway of the iPhone case compatible with the winner's iPhone model, plus every available cardholder colourway — delivered free of charge to an Australian address. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be drawn on 31 December 2026 by random selection from all valid entries. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, AURÊLO reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

7. Content Licence

By entering this promotion, you grant AURÊLO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to repost, share, and use your tagged photo or video content across AURÊLO's social media channels and marketing materials, with credit given to the original creator.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the AURÊLO Privacy Policy. Information is collected solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. General Conditions

• AURÊLO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.
• AURÊLO reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
• Entries must be genuine and original. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any decisions made by AURÊLO, which are final and binding.
